Server Terms of Service
1. Legal Compliance
Use of our services for any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, scamming, fraudulent transactions, or attempts to engage in such actions.
- We reserve the right to indefinitely withhold funds if we suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity, regardless of when the transaction occurred.
- Funds received through fraudulent or illegal means will be seized and will not be processed or refunded.
- Indicators of such activity may include, but are not limited to: irregular transactions, chargebacks, mismatched identities, or credible reports from third parties.
All cryptocurrency exchanges must comply with applicable laws and sanctions, including but not limited to OFAC regulations. We do not process transactions involving sanctioned countries, high-risk jurisdictions, or flagged individuals/entities. Discovery of such activity at any point will result in immediate forfeiture of funds.
2. Fees and Charges
- Our fees are fixed, non-negotiable, and subject to change without prior notice.
- Fee details are provided upon ticket creation and apply solely to our services. External transaction fees (e.g., sending, receiving, conversion) are not covered.
- If you need to modify the ticket amount, you can ask the exchanger to run a command for you and after you accept the amount will be changed.
- Attempting to dispute or reverse payments, including through chargebacks or account lockouts, will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds.
Transactions made via direct messages (DMs) are not supported and will void eligibility for any refunds or support.
3. Responsibility and Risk Acknowledgement
- Fusion MM is not responsible for any wallet or account limitations, freezes, hacks, or terminationsâwhether they belong to you or us.
- Our accounts may be newly created or have minimal transaction history; you assume all risks associated with sending funds to us.
- Our responsibility ends once the outgoing transaction is successfully completed. Any issues arising thereafter are not our responsibility.
- We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, except at our sole discretion. In rare cases where a refund is approved by an Owner, the processing time may take up to nine months.
We do not guarantee service availability or response times. Please keep your Deal ID when submitting an exchange requestâsupport is not provided without it.
Direct messaging (DMing) exchangers is strictly prohibited and will result in refusal of service.
4. Final Authority
Decisions made by Owners or higher-level staff are final and not subject to dispute. These individuals may override any of the above terms at their discretion. Admins are not bound to follow the standard terms when directed otherwise by Owners.
